Why are Conservatives aways against people having equal rights?

Why is it always white people that are holding down people? Did you ever consider maybe we have better things to do... like work maybe. How do you think people get rich, ill give you a hint it does not involve sitting on your hind end complaining about how some invisible force is still holding people down. You might have had a case in the 50's and 60's but now no one gives a crap. If you want to learn there are ways to do it even in crappy schools. Everything that is taught there comes from books which anyone can get at a public library. As far as college goes if your a minority that is not Asian you actually have it easier than your white counter parts to get into schools and get scholarships. Also i have never heard conservatives complain about legal immigrants that are more or less American citizens, with the same rights and benefits that are granted.
