Is there anyone left on this planet that thinks Orton was at his best as a mid carder?

Orton was on a roll in 2003 and 2004. His match with RVD for the IC title was awesome. He kicked the crap out of Mick Foley at Backlash and at WM20. His match against Edge for the IC title at Vengence 04 is so under rated. This match was awesome. If you haven't seen it yet watch it. Edge and Orton were both upper midcarders during this time and didn't win World titles yet.
