Supply and Demand for Hepatitis B vaccination?

Is this for a research paper? If so, I think the topic is quite late because free hepa B vaccines are already being given regularly in the health centers. There are nationwide campaigns already being done to make mothers aware of the availability and importance of the vaccine.
