PSAT SCORING QUESTION!!!!!?

each of the 3 sections of the PSAT is worth 80 points, so a perfect score would be 240. you scored a 128. the percentile thing basically shows you how you did compared to other people across the country. the percentile comparing your score to juniors is doing the same thing as comparing it to sopres (like how you mentioned in your question "higher than 52% of sopres), just wording it differently. for a sopre, your score isn't too bad. the average score for juniors in 2009 was 141, so you definitely have time to improve for next year when it really counts. good luck!
