What is the medical term when you constantly repeat your words?

See, I was just watching the movie The Aviator with Leonardo DiCaprio. And the man he played, Howard Hughes, had a problem I believe called mysophobia which is the fear of germs, however he kept repeating himself when he would get like that. What is this problem called?
