HOW TO GET BANGS LIKE THIS!!!?

omg that girl in the pic is gorgeous..and they arent bangs..theyre actually sideswept layers..just part it to the side and wet it,clip all other hair behind, and bring your hair infront in your face. cut to an angle and remember START near like under your nose if you want that cut. and then blow dry with the round brush and add some mousse for volume...straighten or tease..etc
