One week late but no BFP?

Hi i came off the pill in january, due my period last week however still no sign, took pregnancy tests but all coming negative ( early response hospital type ones of the internet). I have been cramps ( but doesnt feel like the usual monthly cramps) and have been experiencing ingestion alot which i have never experienced bf.
