Hi my height is 5 feet 1 inch and my weight is 79.5 kg i want to reduce 10 kgs in one month..can u help me?

Do a lot of cardio especially swimming as it utilizes your body to swim. Do cardio about an hour a day 5 times a week. Oh and change the intensity of your workout every 4-7 weeks as you'll hit a plateau. It basically means that your body starts getting used to your workout routine that your workout won't be as effective as before. Make sure to eat healthy before/after workout as it increases your metabolism and maintain your health at a good level. Make sure to decrease eating carbohydrates and sugars.
