Do you let our enemies decide who you vote for?

Now I realize some people don't think Iran, North Korea, Venezuela or their governments are threats to the US, but they have some bitterness towards us. One candidate says they want to talk with these and the other does not. If these countries make us think we at peace we might vote one way, but if they make us think we are war we might vote another way. Are they not impacting our election?
