FYI That initial paper work means exactly zilch. They have nothing on you. If you don't want to go feel free to call your recruiter to let him know that you are not going to go. There is nothing that the Navy can legally do. If he does decide to threaten you with something contact your congressman and complain or better yet file a harment complaint with the police.
