I have been steadily losing weight but it's slowed down the last 4 weeks... I have only lost 6lbs. I know thats still pretty good but I should be losing more than that. My diet is good although I know I am not drinking enough water (I have a hard time drinking water). Does anyone know any ways to kick start my body to start losing again? As for exercise, I am not quite there yet and don't plan to exercise much for a little while so don't suggest that please.
