Best Live aquarium filtering PLANT?!?

Maybe pothos, spider plants or spathylophylum(peace lillies) would be good. Lucky bamboo would probably be good too, except they are fairly slow growing. As for the light, since these plants are all fairly low light house plants if the area is somewhat bright a light would be unnecessary. Though if you do place a light there, a bulb that is specifically for plant growth would be best because the spectrum on normal house lights is usually tipped to the yellow and have UV filtering gl. Both UV and full spectrum are necessary for plant growth.
