I'm a third year med. student. I've had a really bad summer last year. A lot of problems...etc. Ever since I started this year, I haven't been able to study. I mean not even a word. I barely ped my midterm exams. I'm almost failing at least 2 out of the 4 subjects. I still can't get myself to study. I've tried EVERYTHING. Studying alone/with friends. At home/outside. I just feel so apathetic about everything. I can't find a reason to get out of bed in the morning. I don't want to make the slightest effort. I've always been able to push myself when it comes to my future but I just cant do it anymore. I need help on how to make myself WANT to study. Some motivation maybe I don't know. My practical tests are starting this month & I know NOTHING. This is medicine, its not like I can cram or pull an all-nighter & just p. I absolutely cannot stand the idea of having to spend one more year in college.

Getting a mortgage, what do you think?

Hi all... In a very very bad credit situation and looking for a mortgage loan when someone has a co-signer that has a house that is payed off and is willing to use it for collateral for the other people to get a house will that work? or will the bank still only offer a loan with a high down payment? the house the co-signer has is worth more than a house the bad credit people are looking for. Any info on that would be great, why this is a good or a bad idea??? what could happen for the bad credit people. Thanks for any info. This is in Canada. I hope this made sence lol
